This year AKSHATA expanded its farmer base by eight fold distributing 10,000kg of paddy benefiting 200 new farmers to not only receive free seeds but also to earn 3 times the revenue they would have otherwise earned by harvesting the chemically depended Hybrid varieties of Rice.
The New Clusters of farmers will grow AKSHATA Non-GMO Rice varieties with strictly no chemicals used and will earn the highest revenue per acre as a result of the exclusivity of the rice and its niche health conscious consumer base.
